Best Keto Breakfasts – Crunchy Granola


  • 50g (1/2 Cup) Almond Flour
  • 40g (1/2 Cup) Shredded dry Coconut
  • 50g (1/2 Cup) Ground Hazelnuts
  • 120g (1 Cup) Whole Walnuts
  • 50g (1 Cup) Coconut Chips
  • 80g (1/2 Cup) Sesame seeds
  • 30g (2 Tbsp) Sweetener
  • 5g (1 Tbsp) Cinnamon
  • 25g (2 Tbsp) Coconut Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 10g (1/2 Cup) Freeze-Dried Berries
  1. Preheat the oven to 150C (302F) Gas Mark 2
  2. Cut the Whole Walnuts into small pieces
  3. Mix up all the dry ingredients
  4. Mix one egg with a hand mixer and add to the mixture
  5. Add the Coconut oil and mix in well.
  6. Place the mixture on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet and spread out to cover ( not too thick )
  7. Press it with your hands before placing it into the oven for 25 minutes.
  8. After 25 mins lower the oven temperature to 100 C (212F), Gas mark 1/4 Take out the tray and properly mix the granola and break it into smaller pieces.
  9. Spread out nicely on the tray and place it back in the oven again for 35 minutes at the lower temperature to make them nice and crunchy.
  10. Once baked, let cool, add the Freeze-dried berries and enjoy with your favourite almond milk or cream or keto quark.


Your granola will store well for a few weeks. Just place the mixed granola all into airtight containers such as Mason Jars and store in your Keto Pantry for quick and easy access when you need it. Remember you can adjust to you liking by sprinkling with keto sweetener and adding various berries.

Makes 4 in a 9″ pan. Or halve the ingredients for less.

Easy Keto Breakfasts – English Crepes with Bacon and Maple Syrup


  • 4 Eggs
  • 30 g Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon essence Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon ( optional )
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil to grease the crepe pan or butter optional.
  • 12 tablespoon Erythritol Monk fruit or erythritol
  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk by hand.
  2. Heat the pan and grease with coconut oil or butter as you would normal pancakes.
  3. Pour in a bout 1/4 of a cup so it thinly covers pan evenly.
  4. On a medium heat cook for about 2 mins, then give the pan a shake or use a spatula to loosen. Flip and cook for 2 mins until lightly brown.
  5. Serve up with crisply streaky bacon and keto Choc Zero sugar free maple syrup for a real keto treat breakfast.

You can also use these can pancakes as a desert and serve with frozen berries, ( defrosted of course ) double cream or sprinkle with your sweetener and a squeeze of lemon.
